The Beach Club

Zabik & Associates was retained as the Owner’s Representative for the $6.5 million renovation and upgrade to the historic Beach Club, located on the Atlantic Ocean on Palm Beach Island. The project included the major challenge of boarding up and protecting the project site four times in eight weeks during one of Florida’s busiest hurricane seasons.
