Founded in 1997, Zabik & Associates provides Project Management services to business, education and government. The firm’s services include: Construction Project Management / Owner’s Representation, Distressed Property Resolution, Scheduling and Cost Estimating, as well as Economic Impact, Demographic and Marketing Studies.

Zabik & Associates has represented public and private owners with a wide range of construction projects of varying size, scope and complexity. The firm has managed over $1 billion in construction projects including country clubs, high-rise condominiums, multifamily housing, infrastructure projects, schools, private residences, general commercial and public projects. The firm provides a full range of Project Management services from project planning and pre-construction, onsite representation and final closeout.

Larry Zabik

One of the founding members of Zabik & Associates, Mr. Larry Zabik has been managing construction projects since 1980. Mr. Zabik’s undergraduate degree is in Electrical Engineering from Norwich University, B.S.E.E. Cum Laude. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Oklahoma. Mr. Zabik has also completed graduate studies in Engineering and Educational Leadership.

Mr. Zabik is responsible for daily operations, direction of staff and specializes in pre-construction services. In addition, Mr. Zabik prepares Marketing and Economic Impact Studies to assist clients with project approvals.

Mr. Zabik directly supervises all projects to ensure client satisfaction.

One of the founding members of Zabik and Associates, Inc., Ms. Paula Zabik is the CFO responsible for business operations.

Ms. Zabik has been managing business operations since 1997. Her undergraduate degree is in Accounting from Rollins College. She has completed graduate studies in Mathematics and Education.

Lindsay

Ms. Krutz has 15 years of project management experience. As Vice President and Project Executive at Zabik and Associates, Inc., Ms. Krutz is responsible for daily supervision of the project management team and compliance with corporate procedures to ensure client satisfaction.

Ms. Krutz’s undergraduate degree is in Communication with a specialty in Scientific and Technical Writing from Florida Institute of Technology.

Ms. Harstad brings 18 years of experience in client management as well as over 10 years of concurrent non-profit board experience to her position as a Project Administrator at Zabik and Associates, Inc. Ms. Harstad is responsible for coordination with project managers and other professionals to promote effective communication and workflow within projects.

Mr. Pages has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. He has extensive experience in high-rise multi-family and single family residential developments throughout South Florida and the Caribbean.

Mr. Pages holds an undergraduate degree in Building Construction from the University of Louisiana as well as an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.

Mr. Madyun started in finance as a Jr. Financial Analyst for a multifamily acquisitions and management company. He transitioned to the construction industry as a laborer, then assistant superintendent, to project superintendent, and finally to project manager. He has experience in general and shell construction for high-end and commercial.

Mr. Madyun holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree and Master’s degree in Sports Management from Barry University.
